Mark,
As you may view for yourself in their BBB Report above your question, although this company has a C rating, this is a average rating. I encourage you to read the full BBB report and view the complaints already in file with Avid Law Center. Although they have resolved most of their complaints, they have a pattern of misleading business practices.
Also, their Trustlink reviews are a bit suspecious, read through them and you will find similiar verbage in every postive review. They may be plants. Either way I would urge caution.
