U-Pack is a nation wide company. They offer a great price for delivering your home furnishings. Their customer service is great, until it is time for delivery. When the driver came in to deliver our furnishings he had to drive over speed bumps to get to our apartment. I could see at least 6 inches of air under the tires of the trailer as he drove in. I tried to get him to slow down, to no avail. He would not let me open the trailer to inspect the load until I had paid him. What we found was $1500 in damages to book shelves and other furniture. We had paid for extra insurance which went over and above that provided. They claimed their trailer was not in an accident and therefore did not owe us anything. Repeated attempts resulted in no money for the damages we received. We had asked for an air ride trailer, but received a leaf spring hard axle trailer instead. We were also told after trailer delivery that we would owe them a delivery fee if we rejected the trailer which was delivered, but "not as promised".
I would recommend you avoid this company, unless you like nightmares.
