From start to funding our refinance with Advantage First Lending and Kurt only took 28 days. The truth is we could have finished 3 days earlier if we had been as ready to execute as well as they did. Kurt, was exceptional not only in his knowledge, patience, service and guidance, he was also available whenever we had questions regarding the process. He also did a great job of keeping us constantly informed of what was needed and when. All in all a tremendous experience
