Sold item they did not have in stock - still no credit issued

I placed an order for an Arctica 1/10hp chiller on 4/23/2013. I followed up on 4/25 for a tracking number because I needed this chiller as we are headed into some hot days. They said they have not shipped it yet because they were waiting on the shipment from the Vendor. I asked them to please cancel my order today. They did and stated that I would have a full refund within 7-10 business days. Well we are on 11th business day and nothing. I sent them an email- nothing. I have since taken it up with my credit card company and they can deal with company's that mislead (selling a product they don't have) and then holding your funds for something they never shipped. I wish I would have read all of these types of reviews prior. I don't see how they are still around with doing business this way. FYI - I placed an order with another vendor Aqua Cave and the chiller was at my door the next day, they had JBJ drop ship it direct ( that is customer service)

The customer's refund was processed in refund. The refund was processed one day late since our billing department manager was out of the office with a family emergency. The customer was sent an apology email explaining the situation. We apologize to the customer for the refund being processed a day late.
