My family had been an Atlas Shipper's customers for years. When my mother passed away in 2006, I hired a 20ft container from Atlas to ship my mother's belongings back to the Philippines. Alex (the Atlas representative I dealt with) was so nice and professional but I now he is no longer with the company.
I now have this agent named, Andrew who is very discourteous and lack customer sevice skills. He sent me a text msg stating: "then go look for another cargo", when I was merely asking him about what day does the shipment normally goes out. I had never dealt with so much disrepect and unprofessional behavior! -Debbie Patao Lumanlan Aliso Viejo, CA.
August 19, 2010 7:16 PM --- I got a nasty phone call from Andrew. He was very disrespectful, raving like an irate bell and did not even let me finish, he hang up the phone while I was trying to talk. Really this is so upsetting.I was told that Andrew was related to one of the co-owners, is this why he can just get away with things such as this?
