Bank of America Is not willing to help

Bank of America is the worst bank to have a home loan through. I applied for a home loan modification in September 2011 in March 2012 I received a letter saying that I was denied because paperwork was missing and they didn't receive the paperwork in time. During this process I had 4 loan managers whenever you would call to ask them questions they would not be in their office and you would have to leave a message they would never return your call. They don't want to help you save your home and get caught up on delinquent payments. They would rather foreclose.
