I've been living in one of Ben Leeds Properties in the San Fernando Valley for the last 4 months. So far, my experience was the worst in regard with answering the tenant requests. We put a written request for a sink to get replaced because there was rust on it, instead they just painted it and the rust came back in less than a month. Now we have problem with roaches and we put a request for an exterminator for over a week and there is no response. (by law in CA, the home we rent has to be samitized, which means, roaches is their problem to fix). They don't care about making the tenants happy and we don't see ourselves living here after the lease is up.
I do not recommend dealing with this company with any of their propperties.
