My husband and I are new to renting our propery and needed a company to help us out with doing so.
After going though TWO other property management companies, in which one company actually embezzled money from us, we finally found Benco Management from a mutual friend.
What my husband and I like about Karen is she EXPLAINS the answers to our questions and truly makes us feel that our questions are meaningful she is never in a rush. She is quick to answers our calls, gets our money to us quickly and accurately. Karen is very knowledgeable,understanding and very sincere.
She has a great repore with our tentants.
