I am going to cancel my contract with this company as soon as possible because the salesperson lied. He stated that the company was giving a free gift to new customers. However, when it was time to get the gift, I was told that because I got additional sensors the gift was not valid for me. I hate being lied to just to make a sale. Be honest damit!

In some cases, based on the individual's agreement with the sales person. Additional equipment is given in exchange for the incentive package.This is a common request from our clients. If this was not the case please give us a call at 800-408-4140 and we will be glad to rectify the issue.
If we have knowledge of the issue we will do everything we can to make our clients happy.
