Having spent the last few weeks working with Jim and the rest of his team I can say that things are finally starting to look up. We made some meaningful changes within the first week of Jim being onsite. Only time will tell if all the changes we have made will pay off but I am confident in our chances. I am also pleasantly surprised that even after our engagement I have been able to get Jim on the phone whenever I had a question or concern. Usually in the past with other companies it would be like pulling teeth to ask follow up questions. I felt like Jim was fully invested in our success and had real skin in the game.
