I wanted to thank Dennis for all his help. I probably would not have been as patient dealing with our inefficiencies and lack of communication. Obviously none of it was intentional, we have just spent the last few years running from one issue to another. He was a calming presence and really helped us get to the bottom of some serious issues. Without his help I am not sure we would have been able to come to groups with the shear amount of changes needed. Thanks again
