We registered our LLC in the month of August. We received the same letter from the "CBC" described in the posts below requesting the payment of $175. We will not be paying this charge because the CBC does not exist! THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, DO NOT PAY THEM A PENNY!!!
