I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF THIS IS HOW THEY HANDLE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!
Initially I thought the blinds I purchased were exactly as I had wanted. However, 4 months later, the vertical blinds that were installed began to break off and within a 2 week time period, 3 of the panels broke free and were damaged. I began contacting Carpet Wagon and was reassured that this would be corrected. I was patient and tolerant for upwards of 8 months and continued to try to work with them to make this right. As of today I have still not received replacement panels and/or replacement blinds and/or a refund of my purchase.
