I was skeptical about this company due to in the past I was taken advantage of. Mind you, I had gone to NACA several times with home that my loan could be modified. After, about 3 years, I was just about to give up when someone from Consumer Advocates and Associates,(Tim Leyva) contacted me. I started the process with submitting all needed documents, then I was notified that Tim was out on leave. Of course, I said to myself "here we go again", Im being "con" out of my money. So I made a trip to the establishment to make sure the company was ligite and it was. Mind you that in between time, another rep Sam Chang contacted me saying that he could he to modify my loan. After going thru all the headache/heart-ache, Sam and Iris made it possible for me to get my home modified to Principle Reduction, and all lates forgiven. My fixed rate 3% went to 2% fixed. Principle Balance 465k to 350k; which left me with a 300k equity. Currently, I'm in the trial payment stage. All I can say that it's worth, however, you must have patience. I had given up and had no faith in my bank nor these numberous Mod Companies, However, Consumer Advocates and Associates are my LIFE SAVERS
