I was in a bad situation with my mortgage and about to lose my home. God sent Rod Brown and Consumer Advocates and Associates to my rescue. It took a little time but Rod Brown did everything he said he would do and he's still not finished. I had an interest rate of 7.55%. He got my interest rate lowered to 3% and my payment was also lowered. He's currently working to fix the situation with my homeowners association. Mr. Brown and Consumer Advocates and Associates is the most caring, helpful, professional, and trustworthy company. He stayed in constant contact with me and guided me through each step as it was happening. I was not left in the dark trying to figure out what was next.
