On January 19th I had a appointment with Crown Medical in the Miami Lakes office everything was fine they charged me $45.00 dollars for my evaluations once they did the allergy test and the doctors see you the front desk receptionist came to a room I was in and told me she had 2 news a good and a bad. The first one was that since I did not have many variouce veins they recommended about 6 sessions, but the second new was my insurance did not cover the procedure and for the 6 session it was $750.00, I informed her that I was going to think about it and consult also with my husband and then I get back with them. The next day I called my insurance company to verify why didn't they cover the procedure they informed me no company by the name of Crown Medical had contacted them and when I gave them the 2 procedure codes the doctor office gave me they told me they cover both codes I asked the insurance lady if she was sure that the office did not contact them she double check and told me no not at all so I told her ok and Thank you. The next date I called my insurance again to make sure they also gave me the same information from the previous day that they do cover the procedure and Crown Medical did not contacted them or submitted any information. Since that day I been calling both of there office to speak to the office manager Robert Valdez and when I call they always tell me he is not in the office I've left various of messages and til today 2/10/10 I have not gotten a call back from no one in that Company I've asked is there anybody else in a upper level position then Mrs. Valdez and they tell me no he is the only one, I asked what about the owner they tell me there is no one. I have very disappointed with them due to they lied to me charge me $45.00 and I been trying to contact someone and no one bothers to return my calls.
