I am thoroughly disappointed with this company. Our vehicles were picked up on May 29th in Las Vegas and promised us (after charging another $500 per vehicle) that our cars would arrive to us on the 8th of June in Greenville, NC. Today is the 11th and no vehicles. I have just "tracked" my vehicles (again) and now they're not expected until the 15th. NO ONE will give me answers on the telephone and will not allow me to speak with any supervisor. I AM TICKED!!! This is ridiculous. I have had to turn in my rental and am without transportation. The company won't even refund my $500 per vehicle, even though they have breached their contract for arrival date. I don't understand how a company won't give a customer satisfactory information/answers or how they can justify being so rude, when they have so obviously made a huge mistake. My vehicles have been in GA since the 6th (an 8 hr drive away). STAY AWAY. If I could chose zero stars I would.
