I would stay as far away from Elite Gates as possible. The BBB resolutions on here are a joke. Nothing gets resolved. I was cheated by a inexperienced Technician, proved that fact to the company, and never received an official response back. The technician who overcharged me and sold me pieces I did not need is the one who responded. Two other services reps from other elite gate offices told me that the technician did not know what he was doing. This is for their LA office. I took their resolution, purchased two batteries for 100.00 and my issue was fixed. In the meantime the technician, charged me 520.00 for a piece he put on my gate. He charged me 125.00 for the next service call plus 500.00 for a piece which I sent back to the company because it was useless. Ron's next solution was to sell me a new gate for 1700.00. I did get a credit for the second visit of 125.00 and I sent the piece the technician left that would "fix the issue" back to the company. Beware folks. When your working on your gates there a Many companies out there. Get several estimates and don't trust just one. I did and got ripped off.
