I had Exquisite Flooring Corp come out to my home to give me a free estimate and the salesman was the owner of the business, and he was very knowledgeable and was able to give me his best price. I do not like salesman who try to rip the consumer off by giving a high estimate and than if the customer says it is too high they magically can bring the price down $1,000 or so. This is just trying to rip off the consumer, and I appreciated Exquisite Flooring's policy of giving the best price up front and not playing games. I signed the contract and within 2 weeks we had our entire upstairs installed with a Quick Step laminate flooring called Reclaime White Wash Oak. It looks just like wood and we get so many compliments. Plus, my wife was extremely happy with the outcome and professionalism of the installers. I definitely will use Exquisite Flooring again in the future.
