Used To Be Good Not Any More

Used FastwebHost for years with no problems. Recently they lost all my files back to 2007! Now a 2007 version of site comes up. Spent hours typing with help desk. Can't speak with anyone personally. No answer to email. Will never use a hosting company with outsourced help desk again.
