I have been a member of Gamefly member for over 2 years, and have been greatly disappointed. Gamefly has a very bad business model, they dont care about their customers they care about money. Instead of spending money on buying new games they spend it on advertising. The biggest problem i have had with Gamefly is Game avalibility, newly released games take months to recieve, even older games take days after they have received my last game for them to ship anything out. The second problem is their customer support, if you have a problem when you contact them you dont get a response from a person just an auto responder. Even when they respond they just apologize and never resolve the problem.Maybe this is a bit much to expect but when it takes over a week for them to recieve a game I would expect them to give me a refund or discount for the week I lost. My last complaint is the shipping, admittedly its probably not their fault but why does it take two days to ship across the state (200 Miles), Netflix has no problem! For now im afraid im going to have to stay with Gamrfly, theirs no better game rental service, and although very frustrating and disappointing, its still cheaper then buying.
