Completely lacking in customer service

This company has no customer service whatsoever. I am driven to the extreme of an online complaint because for the past 3 months since our person who contacted Hireright passed suddenly, repeated emails and phone calls have netted me nothing. No access, no one answering the CS phone, busy signals, auto responses to emails - the lot. Now we are up against a deadline.
