Dear Rebecca C. -Thank you for taking the time to write a review about our company. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered during your loan request. The appraisal fee is authorized at the time the loan is originated. The fee is not charged until 72 hours after this date. It allows our borrowers time to review their initial disclosures. If a borrower elects to cancel within this timeframe the fee is not charged to their credit card. If the loan is also denied within this timeframe the fee is not charged. If an appraisal was not conducted on your property you are eligible for a full refund. Customer service is our number one priority. When you feel you have received service that is anything less than satisfactory it is imperative that we be notified.
