I felt like he was a member of our team instead of an outsider. He was motivated and above all else incredibly honest. This was important because we had some significant issues that built up over the years. We needed someone from the outside to give us an honest accounting of our issues and what we could do to rectify them. With his help we made some tough but fair changes to some of our staff and how we operated. Not every decision was met with positivity but we had enough buy in from our staff to push through and make some significant changes. After a few weeks I can honestly say that everyone is now on board and can see the positive effects of our efforts. I feel like we have gained a lifelong friend and advisor and would recommend IDS to anyone.
