I just wanted to thank Michael and the rest of his team at IDS. This was for all their hard work and for putting up with our constant questions and detailed explanation requests. They were able to identify a number of issues that as it turns out was costing us a great deal of money. They helped us create and implement weekly reporting as well as a closer scrutiny of our cashflow. Payroll has always been a major pain point for us and the weekly reporting as well as moving to biweekly payroll has solved that issue. This alone was worth the cost or the engagement.
