We brought IDS in for a number of reasons the first of which was for a valuation. We wanted to see how it was to work with them before we signed on for a longer engagement. The initial valuation went well and we decided to bring them on board for a major project we started a few months ago, realizing we needed extra hands to manage the workload. Their two consultants joined us on-site, tackling our staffing challenges head-on. Frankly, they’re the reason we’ve been able to stay on schedule. Without their support, we might have struggled to keep the project on track.
