The absolute worse to use for merchant processing if large business

They have held my clients money from their AX for over a week and asked for documents provided, which was done, they even talked to the AX holder/client and she confirmed and they still held the money. To this day it has not been released.
I WOULD SAY THAT IF YOU DO LARGE TRANSACTIONS DO NOT DO NOT USE INTUIT!!! AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GOOD AT ALL, THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE HELPING AND THEY NEVER RESPOND, THEY ARE THE WORSE!!!!!!!!!!!
