I signed up with Innovative Merchant Solutions 12 months ago, and except for slightly higher transaction fees than other companies I was satisfied with Innovative. I was set back by a termination fee that they charge even if you stay with them for ten years. I was informed only that there is an early termination fee, and was taken back when they told me I can cancel anytime I want but they will charge me $295. If you decide to go with Innovative for credit card processing you should ask about all the fees.

The Termination Fee is noted on the Merchant Application, directly above the signature. We strongly encourage all applicants to read the document before signing as there are important terms and conditions in a bankcard relationship such as this.
