I hired this company to ship a motorcycle that I had purchased in Beaver Creek, Utah and deliver it to Dayton, Nevada. I hired them on the 19th of June and they said that they would pick up the bike within 1-5 business days which they did, picking it up on the 25th of June. They said that they would deliver it within 5-10 business days which they did not. They proceeded up Hwy 15 into Salt Lake City, Utah, headed west on Hwy 50, and passed within 1/2 mile of my house on their way to San Jose, Calif. It arrived in San Jose, Ca at 2:00 a.m. on the 30th of June. It seems that this is their "Hub" for west coast deliveries. It sat in their "Hub" for two weeks, leaving on the 14th of July and arriving at my house in Dayton, NV on the 16th of July. They stated that Dayton, NV (located next to Carson City, NV, was a remote city and that deliveries to remote areas only happen about once a week. It was nearly 1 month from the date of hire that I finally got my bike.
