Please do NOT do business with this establishment. I ordered an expensive flower arrangement for my best friend of 25 years's birthday to be delivered the same day within 4 hours of ordering. Not only were the flowers NOT delivered the same day, but when I called the second day because still no flowers, the customer service rep called the so called "contracted florist" while I was on the phone and said she couldn't get a hold of them. Literally 30 minutes later, an unmarked mini-van pulled up in front of my friends house and delivered flowers that were not fresh, not even professionally arranged and no where near the quality and quantity of what was represented to me.
