Very Rude & Unprofessional Customer Service

Customer service was very rude and unwilling to assist to determine a shipping date even when I received a shipment notice and tracking# from them which was false. They charged my card before the day of shipping which is typically unlawful. Still have no idea when 1 product I ordered will ship or IF it will even ship. Customer service person should not be dealing with public with such rude communication skills and willfulness to assist customers. Very poor quality on items that I did actually receive. Only good part of the experience was that I was not on hold for very long before I got the rude customer service person.
Overall very bad experience.
