Beware!!!
|
The reason we went with LA CARPET because they had 0% refinancing. It was a huge mistake, never again, its not worth the stress. They cause huge delays in finishing our kitchen and still not done yet. Our contract with them was signed on April 21, 2012. The salesperson didn't coordinate, so I spent much of my hours on the phone doing it myself. When I spoke with the cabinet department they kept telling us, they are putting a rush into it. After two weeks, to follow up, they said, "Oh we haven't ordered your cabinets, we needed approval from LA carpet first." The salesperson in San Dimas mostly wasn't there at the office nor return our calls. It's unfortunate, when you sign the contract, you are pretty much stuck with them if you don't cancel within the three days you sign the contract. In our situation, they did not care about the delays it cost us. In my opinion and from our experience, LA Carpet business is unlawful and deceptive. TO MAKE A COMPLAINT, GO ONLINE TO THE STATE BOARD OF CALIFORNIA CONTRACTORS. THEY WILL INVESTIGATE IT AND HELP YOU RESOLVE THE ISSUE. IN ADDITION, IT GOES ON THEIR RECORD, SO HOPEFULLY PEOPLE WILL KNOW WHAT KIND OF COMPLAINTS THIS COMPANY HAS.
