I bought a condo at third floor, our home owner association has a very tough regulation for contractors and special type of underlayment has to be used. My salesman went out of his way preparing all the necessary insurance documents and sample of all the materials which were going to be used and received the association approval and made sure to follow all the association procedures. I purchased wood and tile and I am very happy .
