L&L Appliance was sent by CRES Home Warranty Company to repair dishwasher on 12/17/09. The service tech received his $50 deductible after telling me that the drain hose was not only completely clogged but needed to be re-installed to drain properly. Tech told me that he would get back to me in a day or so, once CRES Home Warranty approved repairs. CRES Home Warranty approved repairs two days later and informed me that L&L would be calling me to schedule repair work. I called everyday for five days and could never get a straight answer as to when L&L Appliance would be back to repair dishwasher. Finally on 12/30/09 the "owner" answered the phone and informed me that he was sick of me calling and the part would arrive when it arrives, until then don't call here anymore! The end of our conversation ended with the "owner" hanging up on me! First, never treat customers in such a rude manner. Secondly, a drain hose is readily available at any hardware / appliance store. Last, this company is incapable of doing work on any appliances since they further damaged my dishwasher, found this out when I paid for a real plumber / repairman to fix my problem.

DO NOT USE L&L APPLIANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
