I was charged $720.00 for 8 months of homeowners insurance by Ladera Lending, however, this home insurance, for the period charged, was in fact paid separately by me and your third party investigative affiliate verified that this annual policy premium was paid in full and is true and correct.
I have made numerous phone, email and US mail attempts over the last four months requesting that your company refund this $720.00 or prove to me that this money was credited to me in an itemized and Certified accounting statement.
Since you have not honored my repeated requests, I have sent you a formal demand for the refund of $720.00 by April 6, 2018 (30 days) and that your failure to do so wpuld regretfully result in Civil action against you.
