Hello everyone. I too was scammed for $3000. I just found out today that Eric T. Smith has disciplinary actions placed upon him. He will be suspended as of November 19, 2009 for 2 months and placed on a 2 year probation. He can not represent anyone while on suspension, so I don't see how he can concentrate on his open cases! Hope this is helpful and I hope he gets whats coming to him.
