We paid $2,377 to Rafael Segovia of Liberty Iron Gates as a deposit on our gate and gate opener installation. He was supposed to be working on a design for us over the last month but has now disappeared. His office is vacant, both phone numbers are canceled, and he has not returned any emails. He completely stole our money.
