I am truly upset. I ordered a S4 Quad and a X-22 from this site two weeks ago. I purchased them both over the phone. At the time of purchase I was assured that I would be receiving both by Christmas. One was to ship via Fedex and the other from a Freight company due to size. Three days later I still hadnt received a tracking order and called the company over and over again. When I did reach a person I was given a fake traking number for the bike and a promise to ship the quad that night. Another three days passed and finally a tracking number for the quad but no tracking number for the X-22. I called back at least 30 times and the one time I got through I was put on hold. After being on hold for almost an hour they hung up on me. Christmas is monday and it doesnt look like I will be getting the X-22. The customer service is horrible and I will never use them again! I dont know what I am going to tell my son when his bike doesnt arrive for Christmas. Oh by the way they deducted the money from my debit card on day 1 of this nightmare!
