Absolutely the worst customer service ever! I ordered a Sports Jacket for a holiday party a month in advance. I then waited just about 3 weeks and called to check on the status of my order. I was told that it was a mistake and they would ship my purchase 2 day air so i would have it. The 2 days went by and i still did not receive it so i called and was told that somebody would call me back in 20 minutes. After over an hour I called again and was told they refunded my order(without the phone call i was promised) and was then hung up on. I called back and talked to an alleged Supervisor who then pretended to fire the Customer Service person by saying something like "this is the 2nd time you've hung up on somebody today, you're f**king fired". I then questioned the validity of this and was told by the alleged Supervisor "Have a happy f**king holiday and don't call me back".
Whoever posted a review before me and called these guys jokers hit the nail on the head. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere!!!!
