I tried to do a modification with Ocwen for over 2 years and kept getting the run around. I must of submitted my package over a dozen times and they kept always telling me I was missing items. In addition they changed my case manager every 2-3 weeks and
it was basically like starting over each time. Then came the worst news that I was facing a sale date 2 months away. I happened to be talking to coworker who told me how that got their home saved and also got a extremely affordable payment. I figured this
was my last shot and hopefully my prayers would be answered finally. Within 45 days of signing up my sale date date was removed and in about 30 days more I was approved for a modification of 2% for the life of the loan. In addition they were able to remove
$147,000 from my principal as long as I paid on time for the next 60 months. This was like hitting the powerball for me and m family. I can't thank you enough and I am sorry it took me so long to leave you some feedback, I have just really been on cloud 9
