Pac Trust Bank / Mission Hills Mortgage Refi Experience was great
Our experience working with Rita Rebollar at Pac Trust throughout the refi process was very good. Rita was always professional and friendly. She made the process pleasant with her personal touch. She was always available to answer questions whether it
was at work or by her cell phone. Pac Trust was able to provide us a loan combining our first and second mortgage even when the value of our home wasn't where it needed to be for a 85% loan to value when other companies told us they couldn't. I would highly
