Ordered my daughters First Communion dress, wrong size and attempted exchange following ALL policies and even sent item return by certified mail. Company denied package and denied emails regarding request until I phoned direct. Company refused to take mailing confirmation number to request package be delivered again! Stated that if I got the package sent back to myself and wanted to resend it, it would be outside the 30 day exchange policy and hung up on this customer. Company attempted to clear account history BUT I printed out account information each day to log all attempts. I have contacted the BBB and my CC company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.
This issue has not been resolved.

We allow 30 days from the date you received the package. Plenty of time to return. If Customer would follow our instructions there is no problem with us.
