I just got my modification back from wachovia after just under 2 months thanks you onpoint law center, I spoke to Mortgage analyst Carlos Munguia from the very beginning. Explained the money back guarantee and why their company had a bad rating on the BBB. My wife and I took his word at a 7.5 rate payment of 1436.00, now I am on a 30 fix at 4.25 payment of 946.00.
Carlos you told me you were in a thank-less business because no matter what you do or how many people you help, you never get any recognition. NEVER SAY NEVER, THANK YOU!!! TO YOU AND YOUR PARALEGALS ON STAFF.
