They are very unprofessional. Bad customer service. They ruined my brand new dress. They melted the fancy buttons that made the dress. The owner said it was a manufacturer defect. I went back to Dillard's where I bought the dress and they said that it's the dry cleaners defect, they are supposed to test the buttons before applying heat to the buttons. They melted the buttons so bad that glue was on the back of the dress and they said that I had done that. Would not do anything to resolve the problem.
