Deidre Prozinski did not perform as per the contract I signed. Further, per the contract I signed, I have not received a full refund as I have requested. Upon doing some research with the DA's office in Orange County, I have found that Senate Bill No. 94 prohibits the collection of advance fees for loan modifications. Deidre is misrepresenting clients and is operating illegally.
