I was very sceptical about what they could do for me since my mortgage company told me I did not qualify for a modification. The process took several months but Samaritan gave me the leverage I needed with their audit. My mortgage company changed their tune quick when we discovered all the violations they had committed. I was able to lower my monthly payments and my intrest rate. President Obama said to call your lender but just calling them didn't seem to work, you need something to force their hand.
