Unfortunately I do not have anything positive to say about this company. Their website is set up to make you use priority shipping regardless if you choose parcel shipping. I was fooled by this and asked for my shipping to be changed to parcel like I had chosen. They did change my shipping to parcel, however they refunded only a fraction of the difference in shipping costs. Without my consent, they "corrected the shipping from priority to parcel" and refunded me a total amount of $3.19 as the said "difference" in shipping costs, which would actually be $25.90 - $15.21 = $10.69 USD. In addition, they completely ignored my requests as to how they calculated the amount they refunded me and the few responses I did receive were immature and unprofessional. Due to this I am currently contacting the correct authority to address this situation, which is obvious theft.
If you MUST shop from this company please make sure you don't get charged for something you did not choose, and compare their prices with other companies before purchasing, they are widely overpriced and charge well over MSRP.
