I ordered the Smoking Stick a month ago or so. I received it in the mail after my 14 day trial was up. I tried it but realized the nicotine level was 16mg. Too high for me. I asked for a refund and they were fine about it. However, I received an automatic shipment of additional filters that the company said I signed up for when I agreed to try this smoking Stick. I have since cancelled my debit card and I feel scammed. The man named Rob a customer service was very belligerent to me and criticized me for having called on two previous occasions with questions re the product. Waiting for a refund or I will sue.
