I have received poor response to my many requests for the promised rehab to be completed. It took 45 days to get a furnace when temperatures dropped to the 30s at night. Now almost 60 days after move in, I still dont have a mater meter to have runing water. The house has many unresolved problems. This includes electrical nonen of the windows or carpeting has been installed. I have places where the floor is unpainted plywood and doors with no locks or door knobs. Today I was told by Julie to do what you think is necessary. There is no customer service, no concern for the home buyer,
