I have been very disappointed in my purchase and customer service from Sulty Hair. I bought the clip on bangs, and I accidentally purchased 2 instead of 1. I quickly contacted the co. and they only mailed me the correct number of bangs which was 1. I was still charged for 2 and cannot get the company to refund me my money. I've contacted them several times, and I was told each time that my credit card would receive a refund. I decided to write a review after my 3rd or 4th request for my refund. I'm still waiting for my card to be credited, and it doesn't look like it will be.
